Deploy imagor in three steps
- Sign in Log in or sign up. New accounts can earn up to 15 € in credit.
- Open the preset Pick a project and a region. The form shows the sizes and the monthly cost. Deploy to Nodion ›
- Deploy Nodion creates the app and its resources, then starts the first deploy.
There is no login. Copy IMAGOR_SECRET from the application environment and sign every image URL with it. A sample path is /{signature}/200x200/https://raw.githubusercontent.com/cshum/imagor/master/testdata/gopher.png where the signature is HMAC-SHA256 of the path after the first slash, truncated to 40 characters. Unsigned requests are rejected.
Run it like any other app
- Domains A default hostname with HTTPS works right away. Add your own domain on the Domains tab.
- Environment The preset sets the variables imagor needs. Change them on the Environment tab.
- Version The preset sets tag 1.9.9. Your app keeps it until you change the image on the Processes tab.
- Logs and metrics Every process has logs and metrics in the dashboard. See Applications.
imagor on Nodion: questions and answers
How do I deploy imagor on Nodion?
Sign in to Nodion, open the imagor preset and pick a project and a region. Nodion creates the app with an S3-compatible bucket, sets the environment variables and starts the first deploy.
Is this the same as self-hosting imagor?
You get your own imagor instance in your Nodion project. The difference: Nodion runs the servers, so there is no machine of your own to install and maintain.
How much does it cost to run imagor on Nodion?
The starting setup costs about 2 EUR per month: App DS-G2-512MB, 512 MB RAM 2 EUR. Object Storage is billed by usage. Prices are net and billed per second. You can pick bigger sizes in the form.
What should I do after the first deploy?

Where does imagor run?
In the region you pick: EU Central (Germany), US East and US West (United States) or APAC Central (Singapore). Build, registry and runtime stay in that region.
