How does billing work?

We charge on the 1st of each month for the previous month's usage. All services are billed down to the second or hour, so you only pay for what you actually used.

How can I pay?

We support SEPA Direct Debit and credit cards. For companies spending more than 2.500 € per month, we can enable invoice-based billing with Net 14 terms.

Do I need a payment method?

To create services, your account needs a balance > 0 € or a payment method we can charge. You can also use a coupon to try the platform without adding a payment method.

How is bandwidth charged?

Every instance includes 1 TB of free traffic per month. Additional traffic is charged at 0,04 € per GB. Internal and inbound traffic is always free; we only charge for outbound.
