Deploy Formbricks
Open-source surveys and feedback, backed by PostgreSQL with pgvector.
Formbricks is a one-click preset. The form creates the app and the resources it needs. Pick a project and a region, then deploy.

Nodion creates the app and attachments, then starts the first deploy. On first open, Formbricks shows a setup wizard to create the first user. There is no default password. Email verification and password reset stay off until you attach SMTP.
Custom domains
Every app gets a default hostname. Add your own names on the Domains tab. See Applications.
Environment
The preset sets the variables the image needs. Add or change them on the Environment tab. See Applications.
