Our transactional email service simplifies sending emails to your users. Integrate our SMTP settings into your application, and you're ready to start. Our email service is available in all regions. Users can select their preferred region for sending emails to comply with data privacy requirements.
Access the new "Email Zones" service upon logging in:
Our service is organized into Email Domains and Email Zones. Email Domains are the sending domains you use, such as "app@yourdomain.com". Add "yourdomain.com" as an Email Domain to our platform. Email Zones allow you to group and manage your email-sending activities, ideal for organizing multiple applications by creating a zone for each.
Email Domains
Adding an Email Domain is easy. Navigate to "Email Zones", select the "Email Domains" tab, and click "Add Email Domain". You'll need to add two DNS records: a DKIM entry (TXT) and a Return Path (CNAME). Our system automatically includes these headers in every email sent through our platform. Once the records are verified, you're set to send emails.
No need to worry about SPF. Since we handle the Return Path, all necessary SPF records are pre-configured to pass SPF checks. You only need to add the DKIM record.
Email Zones
Creating Email Zones is as simple as adding Email Domains. Use them to organize your email activities. The user interface displays SMTP credentials for your application, along with details like the number of emails sent in the current billing period, their delivery status, bounces, or queued messages.
Pricing
We only bill for delivered emails and the first 500 delivered emails per month are free. Additional emails are billed at 0,00025 EUR per delivered email.
Service Quotas
By default, the following quotas apply per domain: 1 email per second, 50 emails per day, a maximum of 3 sending domains, and 3 Email Zones (think of them as projects). Each email can have up to 10 recipients and a maximum size of 10 MB. These limits can be adjusted by contacting our support team.
